Peace Building & Conflict Resolution
Lasting development needs peace. Disputes over land, cattle and resources can quickly turn violent, and young people are often drawn in.
YAAP brings communities, elders, women and youth together for dialogue, awareness sessions and conflict-resolution training.
We work to give young people a role as peacemakers rather than participants in violence.
